Advisory Board members work on a variety of projects in support of the goals of the District, serve as ambassadors for the District, and collectively dream of a future for our Castro community.
The Castro LGBTQ Cultural District is collecting nominations to fill five (5) seats that are up for election on the Advisory Board. Every seat is a 3-year term beginning in October 2022 and ending in October 2025.
Nominations open on August 19th and close on September 15th at midnight PST. Elections will take place on October 15th, virtually and in person.
All candidates will be contacted with more information upon receipt of nomination. Election Results will be announced at the conclusion of the October 15th Election. Nominees must be residents of one of the nine Bay Area counties.
